Villa 3

The villa was completed in May 2016 and provides a spacious, light and airy feel. On arrival, you can park in your own space, just outside your front door.

The front door leads into the open plan dining and kitchen areas – this is where your welcome pack will be waiting for you, right next to the folder we’ve compiled to help you make the most of your stay.

Straight ahead you’ll find the lounge area complete with couches, TV, and DVD. You can kick back and relax whilst browsing the selection of movies on offer or, instead play any number of the board and card games we’ve provided.

A large sliding door from the lounge/dining area provides entry to the private patio and garden area – perfect for a relaxing BBQ. There is also a side gate for when you get back from a day at the beach!

Each of the two bedrooms has a super comfy queen size bed and king Doona [duvet] and plenty of wardrobe space. For extra guests, there is a double-sized sofa bed in the lounge.

Imagine lying in bed, sipping a freshly brewed coffee listening to the ocean and contemplating which beach to explore for the day. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms will complement the sea breezes in the summer and the gas heater and blankets will keep you cosy in winter!

The bathroom has a long bath and a separate walk-in shower. All linen and bath towels are provided to make life as easy as possible. We also provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and loo paper – we figured you’d rather not have to think about such things!

There is a fully equipped laundry room which has a washing machine, washing powder, clothes horse and cleaning equipment. Whatever happens, however, whilst appreciated please don’t think about washing the linen or towels; that’s our job and, anyway, we use a local commercial laundrette.

And finally, to complete the picture, there’s a Nespresso coffee machine [with a box of pods of course] and selection of T2 teas to choose from… as you can tell, the recurring theme is relaxation, rest and recuperation!!

Guest Access

The whole place will be yours! There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach!

Other things to note

All linen and bath towels are provided to make life as easy as possible. We also provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and loo paper – we figured you’d rather not have to think about such things!

Please note: it is your responsibility to leave the BBQ as clean as you found it – additional charges will be applied if this is not the case. The reason? Our cleaners charge us extra if they have to clean the BBQ. They take photos at the end of every clean by way of clarifying the condition before you arrive. We appreciate your taking care of this point. Also, pets are very welcome but must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $50 surcharge is applicable [per stay, not per pet!].
